Hi 👋 I am Natasha, nice to meet you!

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) providing in-person (coming soon) therapy in North Vancouver, BC, and virtual counselling (currently available) across British Columbia. I offer a heart-driven, strength-based, culturally-attuned, and neurodivergent-affirming space where teens and young adults can feel deeply seen and supported.

How I Work

• Relational & Feeling It Through Together: Rather than analyzing feelings from a detached distance or staying trapped in your head, we gently notice how emotions show up in real time and work through them together.
• Active & Collaborative Presence: I’m not a blank-faced therapist sitting quietly across from you or just silently taking notes. I will be “in it” with you, responsive and engaged, so you feel understood and not alone as we work through things.
• Therapeutic Roots: Grounded in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP Level 1, Level 2 in progress), an emotion-focused approach that helps you feel safe enough to heal, supported by practical tools from DBT and TEAM-CBT.
• Culturally-Attuned & Affirming: I practice with an awareness of how family expectations, community culture, and systemic pressures shape mental health, offering care that honors your background and lived reality.
• Lived Understanding: Drawing on my own lived experience as a late-diagnosed AuDHD-er and trauma survivor, I know how hard and lonely healing can be, and I want to offer a validating, non-judgmental space where you can feel deeply understood and respected.

I work with people navigating: * Late-diagnosed neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD) * Trauma recovery, attachment wounds, and nervous system healing * Family dynamics, cultural expectations, and relationship patterns * Anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and burnout * People-pleasing, perfectionism, and identity exploration

Credentials & Background

• Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC): Registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC)
• Master of Counselling Degree: Specialized graduate clinical training
• Clinical Experience: Worked in post-secondary counselling supporting young adults and university students
• Diverse Background: Prior professional experience in science and technology before entering counselling
• Personal Passions: Love cats, board games, books, crocheting, nature, and more!

Sessions are eligible for reimbursement under most extended health benefit plans in British Columbia.
